All classes and lessons must be pre-scheduled and pre-paid.This secures our time together and maximizes our learning and classes.

Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment I agree to the following: I understand that I am expected to attend every scheduled session and to follow instructions. 
I understand that lessons are operated on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions. 

Because my appointment time has been reserved especially for me, I am required to provide at least 24 hour notice when canceling a booked lesson. Rescheduling will be available should I cancel with more than 24 hours' notice given. 

A session cancelled within 24 hours is a forfeited lesson.

A "no-show" is a forfeited lesson.

You are considered a "no-show" if you are absent within the first 15 minutes of class.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for reservations canceled on the same day of the class you have reserved.

I've paid for a session/sessions. Now what?

Please check your email for confirmation and send an email to lessons@voguetranslations.com to schedule your lesson(s). Make sure to include your purchase confirmation number. You will be given a link to reserve and confirm your space.

Additional Information

In your email, please be sure to include your language level as well as your language learning goals. This will help us to accurately assess the best way to help you on your language journey.

Once you have booked your lessons, we ask that you respect the instructor's calendar and be ready for your class/classes on time. Please also note that any classes that start late due to the student's tardiness will still end at the scheduled time.
